Extra ripe bananas and Peanut Butter are favorites of our dogs so what's better than making them into bite size biscuits.
This is a simple 3-ingredient recipe that is quick, and your dogs will love it. Just remember, when giving your dogs peanut butter, it should be one without the sweetener Xylitol. This is highly toxic to dogs, so please check the ingredients first.
Recipe Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 C).
Grind Oats into a fine powder with a food processor or blender
Mash 1 large banana in a bowl. Stir in 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter (Xylitol free remember). Add the oat flour and combine until dough forms. If its too dry add more peanut butter.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick (about the thickness of a pencil or flash drive)
Cut into fun shapes with cookie cutters and place on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are brown.
Let treats cool completely before serving to your dog.
